How can I make a return?
If for any reason you don't love your purchase, you can return your items for STORE CREDIT. Returns are only available for full-priced items if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn.
Westhause offers returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the order's original ship date. When your return is approved, your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available as soon as your return is processed after delivery.
Each E-gift card will expire five years after the original issue date. The Store Credit will be calculated for the items purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping or the amount of shipping paid to send the package from a return. Each E-gift card will expire 5 years after the original issue date.
Cancellations:
We're sorry, but please note that our orders CANNOT be canceled, changed, or modified after checkout.

Westhause Boutique cannot be help liable for lost or stolen package. If your package was sent to another address, lost, or stolen, please start a claim with UPS.
