Return Policy

If for any reason you don't love your purchase, you can return your items for STORE CREDIT. Returns are only available for full-priced items if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only accept returns on full-priced items (excluding sale items) if they are in their original condition that are not worn, not washed, not damaged or defective. The Westhause Boutique tag must be attached to the item being returned and proof of receipt made available. If the tag is not attached, the item(s) will not be accepted for a return. If you enter the wrong address while placing your order it is not our responsibility to replace the order.

Westhause offers returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the order's original ship date. When your return is approved, your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available as soon as your return is processed after delivery.

Each E-gift card will expire five years after the original issue date. The Store Credit will be calculated for the items purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping or the amount of shipping paid to send the package from a return. Each E-gift card will expire 5 years after the original issue date. ALL SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED USING A SALE CODE ARE FINAL SALE
